Grande Prairie Residential Society Updated Info for Tenants – June 30, 2025
The insurance company has started the process of adding supports to the building to allow Restoration Companies to go into tenant suites where safe, to recover salvageable personal property; however, this could take at least a month. Once the work is completed and inspected, our insurance company will inform their insurance companies that the building can be entered by restoration companies on a specified schedule. Those tenants who did not have insurance can ask a restoration company to do this for them but they will have to pay the company themselves. Tenants will not be allowed into the building for safety reasons. The Board of GPRS wishes to thank everyone for their patience as we work through this process.
